At Tooters, Instrument Repair, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, our Return and Refund Policy is here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In new, unused condition.
- Free of any damage, wear, or alterations.
- Accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom orders, used items, and clearance products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.
Personalized or customized instruments.
Items marked "Final Sale."

Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Tooters is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and retain all packaging for inspection.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

No refunds will be issued for items returned after the 30-day window, unless otherwise agreed upon by Tooters management.
Refunds for partial returns of bundled products will be prorated accordingly.
